We are seeking a highly experienced HR Transformation & People Analytics Lead to drive the design and implementation of scalable, technology-enabled HR systems that support our international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, integrating digital HR systems and technologies.

• Architect scalable HR infrastructures and organisational models aligned with international growth and cross-border operations.
• Integrate psychometric assessment systems into recruitment and talent development processes to improve hiring accuracy and workforce quality.
• Design and optimise workforce planning and talent strategies, aligning HR functions with business objectives.
• Advise leadership teams on organisational design, performance systems, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and positioning of HR technology solutions, supporting innovation in talent management and assessment systems.
