As a Project Lead specialized in IT/OT convergence, you will be at the forefront of managing complex projects that bridge the gap between information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) within the energy sector. Your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects that integrate IT and OT systems, contributing to a smarter, more resilient energy infrastructure. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including scope, planning, budget, and quality, while ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Your deep understanding of both IT and OT, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach, will be crucial in navigating the challenges of this dynamic and evolving field.
Requirements:
• Strong background in IT/OT convergence with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Extensive experience leading medium to large cross-functional teams, with a focus on IT/OT integration, and a minimum of 4 years of direct project management responsibility;
• Knowledge and experience with implementations involving external IT and OT suppliers;
• Experience in IT project management of digital solutions supporting the Asset chain (Plan, Build, and Maintenance);
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: IT/OT integration, data integration, SCADA technology, data-driven energy system analysis;
• Demonstrable experience managing large and complex projects, particularly those involving IT/OT integration in an international context;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch;
• Relevant project management certifications (ITIL, Prince2, SAFe, IPMA, etc.) with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in project management within an Agile environment;
• Practical experience in leading Agile transformations, particularly in environments where IT and OT systems are converging.
